Rob Graham
Delivery Team Lead
Senior Physical Activity, Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
Rob has 30 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, using his BSc in Sport Science and subsequent condition specific qualifications to specialise in exercise rehabilitation and working with clients living with long-term conditions. He specialises in falls prevention, postural stability, diabetes and weight maintenance. Rob lives on the beautiful island of Mull and enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking, fishing and wildlife photography.

Cameron Johnson
Senior Physical Activity, Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
Cameron has a passion for exercise and fitness. He has been working in the health and wellbeing industry for many years and specialises in falls prevention, postural stability and neurological conditions. Cameron lives for his dog, Cuan, and the two spend their spare time adventuring the west coast of Scotland together.

Fiona MacInnes
Physical Activity, Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
Fiona started her professional fitness journey in 2012 after being a fitness /running enthusiast for many years. Qualifying as a personal trainer, fitness class coach and advanced Pilates instructor has enabled Fiona to use her expertise knowledge and skill to deliver classes and courses in the community for many years.
More recently Fiona furthered her work with people recovering from illness or injury and as well as with those living with long term conditions in both her Physiotherapy TI role at the local hospital and her Physical Activity, Health and Wellbeing practitioner role here at Healthy Options.

David Bruce
Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
David is passionate about helping others find their own path to health, whether through resistance training, mindfulness, or simply finding time to move and recharge. Outside of the gym, you'll often find him enjoying time with his dog Teal, who's a constant reminder of the importance of fresh air, outdoor activity and companionship. Whether it's a walk along the coast or a hike up Munros, spending time in nature is a core part of David's own wellbeing routine.

Donna Moore
Exercise Referral Practitioner
Donna has been working in the fitness industry for 18 years, and has spent the last 14 years bringing her expertise to Atlantis and Healthy Options gym sessions. Donna has additional qualifications in Exercise to Music, Level 3 Exercise Referral, QiGong and Circuits. Known for her listening ear, motivation and personalised approach she is dedicated to her clients and promoting overall wellness and achieving their goals with a sense of fun. You’ll find Donna dancing at the front of our classes and round the gym. Donna is Oban born and bred, so if she doesn’t know you, she will know your cousin or your granny (or your neighbour’s granny).
