We have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause accepting NEW referrals to Healthy Options.  

We have not taken this decision lightly and sincerely apologise. However, our waiting list currently has more than 90 people on it, and we receive on average 45 new referrals per month. Our focus must remain on the good governance needed to provide safe standards of care and service delivery to those currently enrolled in our programmes. 

It is important to note both that we will continue to serve our current clients, and that we are working on creative solutions that will sustain and bolster our service well into the future. We expect soon to be able to announce some exciting changes that will increase our ability to serve our community and to reopen our referral process.  We will update you as soon as we are able.  

Many thanks to everyone who is patiently waiting to be allocated a space at any one of our Healthy Options programmes (Adapt, Thrive or Elevate).  Over the coming months we will be working towards allocating those currently on the waiting list as quickly and as safely we responsibly can.
